How to order a repeat prescription
Order Your Prescription
You can order your repeat prescription on the following ways:
- Via The NHS App
- Using SystmOnline
- Drop off your order form at either one of the Reception desks during opening hours
- Hand your repeat slip in to reception (or a written note) having clearly indicated the items required.
- Send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed.
Please note: requests cannot be made by telephone and the doctor will not give repeat prescriptions during consultation times, so please do not book an appointment with the doctor for your repeat prescriptions. If you require new medication or medication not on your repeat prescription list, you must make an appointment to see the doctor.
Medication Reviews
All patients with long standing repeat prescriptions will require a 6 month medication review meaning you need to make an appointment to see the doctor before any further prescriptions can be issued. The medication review is a chance to check that your medicines are not causing any side effects and for you to ask any questions you may have. For further info please ask for the repeat prescription information leaflet.
